Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Washington State Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Home Health experience required. Experience providing in-home PT across multiple counties preferred.
- Documentation experience in Homecare Homebase (HCHB) required.
- Ability to meet productivity expectations: minimum 30 points per week with documentation completed by 10:00 AM the following day (client requirement).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel within assigned territory covering Thurston, Lewis, Mason, and Pierce counties.
- Prior experience managing a patient caseload independently preferred.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Home Health.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Days, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
- Territory: Coverage may include Thurston, Lewis, Mason, and Pierce counties. Candidate must be willing to travel across the territory as needed.
- Documentation system required: HCHB.
- Productivity expectation: Minimum 30 points per week. Documentation due by 10:00 AM the following day.
