Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Washington State Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Home Health experience required. Experience providing in-home PT across multiple counties preferred.
• Documentation experience in Homecare Homebase (HCHB) required.
• Ability to meet productivity expectations: minimum 30 points per week with documentation completed by 10:00 AM the following day (client requirement).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel within assigned territory covering Thurston, Lewis, Mason, and Pierce counties.
• Prior experience managing a patient caseload independently preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Home Health.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
• Territory: Coverage may include Thurston, Lewis, Mason, and Pierce counties. Candidate must be willing to travel across the territory as needed.
• Documentation system required: HCHB.
• Productivity expectation: Minimum 30 points per week. Documentation due by 10:00 AM the following day.
