About the Role
Giant Eagle - - Responsibilities: Welcome patients and immediately acknowledge them with compassion and a smile at all pharmacy entry points.; Process orders in person and by phone, direct patients to products and merchandise, and refer questions to the pharmacist.; Maintain a neat and clean work environment to meet company and government requirements.; Use the pharmacy computer to complete actions at drop-off, will call, drive thru, phone, filling and order receiving to maximize efficiency and patient care.; Assist with maintaining proper inventory levels by ordering, receiving, stocking and rotating drugs and supplies.
