About the Role
Giant Eagle - 2001 Lincoln Way - Responsibilities: Welcome patients and immediately acknowledge them with compassion and a smile at all pharmacy entry points.; Process orders in person and by phone, direct patients to products and merchandise, and refer questions concerning prescriptions to the pharmacist.; Assist team members to ensure the department runs efficiently.; Use the pharmacy computer to maximize efficiency and provide optimal patient care at drop-off, will call, drive thru, phone, filling and order receiving.; Finalize sales using cash register according to established procedures.
