Acknowledge and welcome all patients, families and visitors to the practice.; Greet customers and answer incoming telephone calls in a timely manner; identify and address customer needs, concerns and/or complaints.; Verify and update patient information; verify insurance coverage and confirm provider assignment.; Accurately schedule patient appointments for all providers; use practice management, EMR, insurance verification, Medifax, population health registry, and Iterminal.; Register new patients and explain policies including no show, financial and collection policies; obtain email for portal registration.
