About the Role
Covenant Health - - Responsibilities: Greet, assist, and direct visitors, patients, and others upon contact to the clinic; Schedule patient visits with providers following established procedures; Complete registration process including demographics information and insurance verification; Prepare patient chart and encounter form, and obtain necessary authorizations for billing/medical treatment; Collaborate with the patient, physician and other care team members as part of a team-based approach to patient care
