About the Role
Brident Dental & Orthodontics is seeking a skilled Oral Surgeon to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, providing advanced surgical care within a patient-centered, technology-driven practice. In this role, you will perform a wide range of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, including complex extractions, wisdom tooth removal, dental implant placement, pre-prosthetic surgery, bone grafting, and management of oral pathology, while collaborating closely with general dentists, orthodontists, and hygienists to deliver coordinated, comprehensive care. You will evaluate patients through detailed clinical examinations and imaging, develop clear and evidence-based treatment plans, educate patients on surgical options, risks, benefits, and post-operative care, and ensure safe, comfortable experiences through appropriate anesthesia and sedation techniques consistent with regulatory and practice standards. The Oral Surgeon will be responsible for maintaining meticulous clinical documentation, adhering to all infection control and safety protocols, and utilizing advanced dental technologies and digital imaging systems to support accurate diagnosis and high-quality outcomes. You will actively contribute to a supportive and inclusive workplace culture, mentoring clinical team members, participating in case discussions, and engaging in ongoing continuing education to stay current with advances in oral surgery, implantology, and anesthesia.
