THE OPPORTUNITY

Established three-surgeon private oral and maxillofacial surgery practice seeking an associate surgeon to join our team and transition the patient base of a departing partner who currently produces approximately $2.6M annually. This position is designed to transition into long-term partnership within a stable, high-volume surgical practice with an experienced team and strong referral relationships.

PRACTICE OVERVIEW

• Approximately $6.7M in annual collections

• Two modern locations with 10 total surgical operatories

• Established referral network of ~70 dentists and well-attended study club

• Experienced nurses, surgical assistants, anesthesia staff, and administrative team

CLINICAL PRACTICE

Busy dentoalveolar and implant practice with a broad scope including third molars, dental implants and bone grafting, IV sedation / anesthesia, pre-prosthetic surgery, and pathology. Orthognathic and trauma opportunities are available if desired. Mentorship and collaboration are valued within the practice.

SCHEDULE & LIFESTYLE

Balanced clinical schedule of approximately 35 clinical hours per week. Surgeons typically work ~4.5 clinical days per week with no hospital call responsibilities, allowing strong productivity while maintaining a family-friendly lifestyle.
