About the Role
FedEx - - Responsibilities: Perform clerical and administrative functions for hub and station operational areas; Tend to damaged and misaddressed packages to optimize delivery time; Serve as frontline customer service to receive, solve and/or escalate inquiries; Review, research and/or enter data in various systems to support functional area and compile reports; Track metrics and prepare weekly management reports for review
