Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)

to join their surgical services team. Position Overview Permanent, full-time position Circulate-only role Work across multiple surgical specialties 4 operating rooms 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio in the OR Team-oriented surgical environment Compensation & Incentives Pay range: $31.00 – $47.00 per hour (based on experience) Comprehensive benefits package Opportunities for career growth and development Key Responsibilities Circulate during surgical procedures across multiple specialties Prepare operating rooms and ensure all necessary equipment is available Maintain sterile environment and ensure adherence to surgical protocols Monitor patient status throughout procedures Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical staff Ensure accurate documentation and patient safety compliance Requirements Experience & Skills Minimum 1 year of OR nursing experience (Required) Experience circulating in General, Orthopedic, Neuro, OB-GYN, and ENT cases Strong understanding of surgical procedures and sterile technique Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Licensure & Certifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license BLS Certification (Required) ACLS and PALS certifications (Preferred) Unit & Facility Details 4 operating rooms 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio Variety of surgical cases including General, Ortho, Neuro, OB-GYN, and ENT Schedule Full-time Start date: ASAP Orientation offered weekly (Mondays) Shift details to be discussed during interview Weekend and call requirements vary (discussed during interview) Why This Opportunity This role is ideal for an OR nurse seeking diverse surgical experience in a supportive, close-knit environment.
