Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)

Pay range: $31.00 – $48.00 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
Circulate during surgical procedures across multiple specialties
Prepare operating rooms and ensure all necessary equipment is available
Maintain sterile environment and ensure adherence to surgical protocols
Monitor patient status throughout procedures
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical staff
Ensure accurate documentation and patient safety compliance
Requirements
Experience & Skills
Minimum 1 year of OR nursing experience (Required)
Experience circulating in General, Orthopedic, Neuro, OB-GYN, and ENT cases
Strong understanding of surgical procedures and sterile technique
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Licensure & Certifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
BLS Certification (Required)
ACLS and PALS certifications (Preferred)
Unit & Facility Details
4 operating rooms
1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio
Variety of surgical cases including General, Ortho, Neuro, OB-GYN, and ENT
Schedule
Full-time
Start date: ASAP
