About the Role
Jimmy John's - 2109 Cliff Road, Suite B - Responsibilities: Manage all functions of Jimmy John's restaurant to ensure exceptional customer service and high quality products and profitability; Establish the store's labor goals and staff needs, including pay rates and managing a staff of approximately 3 to 15 employees; Hire, train, evaluate, discipline, and terminate employees; provide on-the-job training; Delegate and manage ordering, receipt, storage and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies; Ensure that every customer receives world-class customer service and oversee the preparation, sales, and service of food
