About the Role
Regal Rexnord Corporation - - Responsibilities: Serve as primary administrative support to the HR Manager, handling confidential correspondence, and document preparation; Maintain accurate and compliant employee information in HRIS systems, files, and records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements; Assist with onboarding logistics, including preparation of new hire materials and orientation coordination, and basic benefits administration and Associate support; Assist in the recruiting process by opening requisitions, posting jobs, coordinating interviews, conference rooms, and meetings; Support execution of company policies, communications, and HR initiatives across the plant
