• Manage calendars, meetings, and internal/external communications
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation
• Coordinate office operations, supplies, vendors, and file management
• Support onboarding activities, internal communications, and company events
• Maintain confidentiality and assist with process improvements Qualifications for the Office Administrative Coordinator: • Experience in an administrative, office coordination, or corporate support role
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Professional written and verbal communication abilities
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
