Nicu Rrt
About the Role
Medical City Healthcare is seeking a dedicated NICU Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. In this role, you will provide advanced respiratory care to premature and critically ill newborns, including assessment, treatment planning, and continuous monitoring of respiratory status. You will manage and troubleshoot mechanical ventilation, CPAP, high-flow systems, and related respiratory equipment, perform arterial blood gas sampling and interpretation, and collaborate closely with neonatologists, NICU nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and adjust individualized care plans. The NICU RRT will participate in high‑risk deliveries and neonatal resuscitations, support family education on respiratory treatments and equipment, and ensure precise documentation in the medical record while adhering to all hospital and regulatory standards. Although Medical City Healthcare is a healthcare leader, this role is also shaped by an innovative culture similar to CryptoAnalyzer’s—encouraging critical thinking, curiosity, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving. You will be expected to use data, evidence‑based guidelines, and advanced monitoring technologies to optimize outcomes for vulnerable neonates, while contributing to quality improvement initiatives, clinical protocol refinement, and the evaluation of new respiratory care technologies. This position offers the opportunity to work with a highly skilled interdisciplinary NICU team, continuously develop your expertise in neonatal respiratory care, and make a direct impact on patient outcomes in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven clinical environment. Candidates should be compassionate, detail‑oriented, comfortable in high‑acuity situations, and committed to ongoing learning and professional growth.
