Network Operations Specialist
About the Role
A company is looking for a Network Operations Specialist to monitor and maintain network infrastructure for uninterrupted customer service. Key Responsibilities Monitor network infrastructure using NMS tools and respond to alerts and incidents Troubleshoot network performance issues, document incidents, and coordinate resolutions Assist in network maintenance, upgrades, and the deployment of new hardware and software solutions Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in IT, Network Engineering, or related field preferred CCNA, CompTIA Network+, JNCIA, or equivalent certifications preferred 2+ years of experience in network operations, IT support, or telecommunications Hands-on experience with fiber-to-the-premise (FTTP) and enterprise network environments is a plus Proficiency in network monitoring software and incident management systems
