About the Role
QPS Employment - - Responsibilities: Set up and operate multiple spindle screw machines to produce precision parts according to specifications; Load bar stock and monitor machine cycles throughout production runs; Adjust tooling and machine parameters to ensure consistent part quality and operational efficiency; Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify dimensions; Monitor and replace or reset tools as needed to maintain tooling integrity
