About the Role
PrideStaff - - Responsibilities: Operate CNC milling and turning centers to machine metal parts to precise tolerances; Program CNC machines by creating G-code programs from engineering drawings and CAD models; Set up machines with required tooling, workholding and make test cuts to prove out programs; Load and unload parts, tools and workholding fixtures on machines; Inspect parts using calibers, micrometers and other precision measuring tools
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC milling and turning centers to machine metal parts to precise tolerances
- Program CNC machines by creating G-code programs from engineering drawings and CAD models
- Set up machines with required tooling, workholding and make test cuts to prove out programs
Qualifications
- High school or equivalent (preferred)
- Experience with CNC programming and setup
- Experience with machining tolerances and inspection tools
