About the Role
Manpower - - Responsibilities: Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment in assigned facilities to ensure optimal performance and longevity; Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders on facility systems, minimizing downtime and ensuring energy efficiency; Conduct inspections of interior and exterior property areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting, to identify and address issues proactively; Utilize technical expertise in HVAC and refrigeration systems, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various equipment and systems; Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, update work order statuses, and utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo for all work performed
