General Maintenance 2-hvac/service Tech

UPMC - - Responsibilities: Clean, paint, and maintain mechanical and plant rooms/centers.; Filter changes in air handlers, terminal devices and fan coils.; Clean coils and equipment.; Inspect all facilities specific mechanical air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation equipment to identify possible deficiencies and/or malfunctions.; Perform preventive maintenance and take proactive steps to ensure equipment is properly maintained.
