Security Clearance Type: None/Not Required Security Clearance Status: Not Required Position: RTX has an opening for a Middleware Integration Senior ETL Developer (Manager, Business Systems and Transformation) position. Job Overview: The Middleware Integration Senior ETL Developer will be responsible for design and development of new data integration scope on the Mission Critical Informatica PowerCenter ETL platform. This role also requires participation in the Production support rotation which involves sustaining the platform and delivering innovative, high‑quality support services to our customers. Due to the high level of interaction with customers in the business, this individual must possess strong communication skills, work well in team environments, and be able to troubleshoot issues independently and effectively. What You Will Do: Contribute to the functional roadmap and ETL data integration strategy for the Enterprise, including input into processes, policies, standards or operating plans in support of the functional strategy. Provide engineering input into the overall architecture of our ETL solutions. As a developer, design and build mappings, transformations, and workflows, working closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers and customers to refine requirements and document technical designs. Support detailed reviews of design and code to ensure maximum use of reusable modules, minimal impact on existing applications and systems, and the highest possible overall quality. Unit test, integration test, and stress test interfaces using vendor tools and external test simulation tools. As a support analyst, provide advanced problem‑solving and technical support, including on‑call critical support and assist in continuous review and enhancement of team procedures to increase the team's effectiveness and efficiency in the support of our clients. Serve on 24x7 on‑call support rotation for Mission Critical application. Qualifications You Must Have: University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline, and minimum 10 years related experience, or equivalent experience. Ability to analyze ETL data integration requirements, sources, targets, business rules and transformation logic. Experience in designing and developing data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading processes. Advanced development knowledge in creating advanced mappings, transformations, and workflows using Informatica PowerCenter 10.5+, or equivalent. Qualifications We Prefer: Advanced experience in database concepts and development. Advanced knowledge of Linux OS as well as relational databases such as Oracle DB and SQL Server DB, as it relates to interface development and support. Working knowledge of ServiceNow Incident and Change management, or equivalent. SAFe Agile trained or certified. Work Location: Remote: This position is currently designated as remote. However, the successful candidate will be required to work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. Territories). Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. Salary Range: The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
