About the Role

Junior ETL Developer Charlotte, NC Hybrid role (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) $35 per hour ABOUT THE ROLE Our Client is seeking a Junior ETL Developer to join the SLP Operations team, where you will play a critical role in supporting data integration and transformation activities across enterprise systems in a cloud-driven environment. This position is ideal for individuals looking to build their career in data engineering and cloud technologies. You will work closely with senior developers, operations, and quality assurance teams to ensure the successful and timely delivery of ETL processes and cloud-based data solutions. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, a proactive approach to learning, and adaptability to new challenges. This position is based in Charlotte, NC, requiring four days in the office and one day remote per week. WHAT YOU'LL DO Assist in building, enhancing, and maintaining ETL workflows using SQL and Python Support data processing and migration tasks within AWS cloud environments Monitor ETL jobs, validate outputs, and troubleshoot issues to ensure data quality and timely delivery Collaborate with senior developers, operations, quality assurance, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely data delivery Proactively learn and adopt new tools, technologies, and methodologies to strengthen ETL delivery WHAT YOU BRING Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent Hands‑on exposure to SQL and cloud technologies (AWS preferred), with some IT experience Strong SQL knowledge and experience with scripting languages, especially Python Familiarity with version control systems Strong communication and organizational skills Proactive learner with attention to detail Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges Local to Charlotte; able to work 4 days in office, 1 day remote #J-18808-Ljbffr
