About the Role

A company is looking for a Member Services Coordinator I. Key Responsibilities Schedule consults and assist members and providers for all service offerings Provide detailed information about benefits and coordinate care for members and patients Collect and document member demographics, health history, and chief complaints Required Qualifications High School Diploma; some college and Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) desired Minimum 2 years of customer service and telehealth experience Knowledge of basic medical terminology Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (preferred) Ability to work weekends and maintain an internet speed of 30MPS or higher
