This position requires strong clinical, administrative, and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinic environment./ppKey Responsibilities/pulliAttend department staff meetings and participate in required in-service training programs/liliCross-train to support new procedures and additional departments as needed/liliGreet and check in patients by verifying coverage and eligibility and completing required documentation/liliAnswer and triage telephone calls in accordance with departmental procedures, routing calls appropriately and taking accurate, legible messages when necessary/liliSchedule patient appointments and verify membership and benefit coverage/liliSupport back-office clinical functions as assigned (vitals, immunizations, injections, point of care testing, lab draws, occupational health testing)/li/ulpWhat We Expect From You:/pulliGraduate of approved MA program OR on the job training with CCMA prior to hire/liliCurrent BCLS required/liliAt least 1 or more years of front and back-office experience/liliPhlebotomy skills in the work setting required/liliSolid computer and documentation skills/liliExcellent customer service and communication skills required/liliTeam oriented/liliStrong time management skills/liliResponsible and reliable/liliAbility to be flexible and adapt to operational needs/liliAbility to work 8 hour shifts and full time 40 hours/week within the following clinic hours:/li/ulpMonday/Wednesday: 7:00 am - 5 pm/ppTuesday/Thursday/Friday: 7 am - 3:30 pm/ppBonus Points For:/pulliCMA or RMA Certification/liliPhlebotomy Certification/liliEPIC experience/liliEKG experience preferred/liliCustomer-centric Focus/liliDynamic personality/li/ulpPlease note, this role is based full-time in our health center in Fort Myers FL./ppWe offer benefit eligibility from the first day of employment, Paid Time Off, Short and Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, 401k with company match, Continuing Education, Career Development and a variety of other perks./ppIf you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload./ppAbout Evernorth Health Services/ppEvernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group, creates pharmacy, care and benefit solutions to improve health and increase vitality.
