What You’ll Do
- Lead daily dining, bar, and event service operations
- Uphold high hospitality standards and handle guest needs with care
- Create schedules, manage payroll accuracy, and control labor costs
- Support budgeting and financial performance
- Collaborate with culinary and events teams for seamless service
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of food & beverage management experience
- Strong hospitality mindset and people‑first leadership style
- Experience with POS, scheduling, and payroll systems
- Degree in Hospitality, Business, or similar
- Background in private clubs, resorts, or upscale hospitality preferred
