About the Role
Chilis - 5105 North Belt Highway - Responsibilities: Act as the right-hand person to the GM and fill in for the GM in all functions when the GM is out of the building; Support all restaurant operations and conditions to ensure quality of product and customer service; Assist in hiring, terminations, promotions and raises; mentor and train hourly team members and shift leaders; Assist the GM in inventory counts and reconciliation and manage budget targets per shift; Provide candid, timely feedback to team members and mentor managers and shift leaders
