About the Role
EMCOR Group - - Responsibilities: Performs preventive maintenance and in-house repair for on demand work orders.; Assess equipment that is not working properly before placing service calls, including HVAC equipment.; Maintains and performs minor repairs on plumbing systems (toilets, drains, faucets).; Performs minor electrical maintenance as allowed without a license.; Performs daily inspections, identifying issues and creating correlating work orders to correct the issues.
