About the Role
Ulta Beauty - - Responsibilities: Meet or exceed Luxury brand sales and clientele goals and contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, retail shrink and omni-channel sales as set by Ulta Beauty for the store.; Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging every guest, personalizing service, offering samples, and informing guests of promotions and services.; Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales and the guest experience.; Book appointments for services and in-store events that deliver an unrivaled guest experience while delivering on sales goals for the Luxury brands and the store.; Maintain prompt, regular attendance and contribute to maintaining store standards and operations.
