About the Role
Ulta Beauty - - Responsibilities: Meet or exceed Luxury brand sales and clientele goals and contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and omni-channel sales.; Provide exceptional service by greeting and engaging guests, personalizing service, offering samples, and informing guests of promotions and events.; Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.; Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver on sales goals and guest experience.; Maintain replenished and organized work area, participate in promotions and trainings, and support store operations.
