About the Role
Daybreak Foods - - Responsibilities: Perform all functions with adherence to HACCP, SQF, cGMPs and regulatory protocols.; Grade and align eggs entering the washer section and ensure smooth transfer along the line.; Keep area clean and manage inedible materials; operate washer and transfer equipment as needed.; Perform clean up duties meeting USDA standards in Breaking, Transfer, and Shell rooms after production shift.; Assist during breaks and with general cleanup and equipment operation.
