About the Role
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions - - Responsibilities: Prepare food and beverage items according to facility recipes, portioning, cooking, timing, serving, and presentation standards; Keep equipment clean and in excellent working condition through inspection and maintenance programs; Fully understand and comply with health, safety, and labor regulations at the kitchen; Support and assist the restaurant Chef in the preparation and completion of food items; Assist in maintaining high quality and consistent meals for guests
