PNC - 8522 US Highway 19 - Responsibilities: Coach, mentor and lead tellers to deliver a superior customer experience; Assist Branch Manager with performance management and new hire selection; Educate customers on alternatives and leverage technology to facilitate transactions; Identify opportunities with customers and make referrals to branch staff; Ensure teller and branch daily operations are completed efficiently and accurately
