About the Role
Benchmark Senior Living - 180 Scott Road - Responsibilities: Addresses resident concerns or any problem with service immediately.; Accounts for all residents at meals, reporting residents who do not attend to the RCD.; Ensures all room service meals are delivered to residents apartments and picked up after meals.; Monitors the dining room during mealtimes to ensure proper service.; Takes food and beverage orders from residents and serves meals on a timely basis that are both presentable and appetizing in appearance.
