Jr Network Administrator

We are seeking a Network Administrator to join our IT team. This position reports directly to Network Admin Lead, and is responsible for handling basic network troubleshooting, monitoring network performance, and supporting the day-to-day operation of the organization's network infrastructure. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to grow technical expertise in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Perform basic network troubleshooting for connectivity, latency, and performance issues across LAN, WAN, and wireless environments. Respond to and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 network support tickets within established SLAs. Monitor network performance using established tools and escalate complex issues to the Network Admin Lead. Assist in the configuration, installation, and maintenance of routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
