About the Role
Job Duties include but are not limited to: • Provide first level technical support at the Corporate Office and remote locations. • Hardware and software support on desktop computers & laptops, software applications, printers & scanners, uninterruptable power supplies, IP deskphones, mobile phones and related technologies. • Installation and testing of computer system and peripherals. • Employee will also periodically assist in the maintenance and testing of servers, and associated network equipment. • Maintain documentations. • Perform other duties as assigned during down time such as data entry, filing, etc. • Occasional after-hours and weekend work expected.
