About the Role

Requirements 2-4 years of relevant experience in IT support Strong technical knowledge of hardware/software issues Excellent interpersonal skills for client interaction Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services Proficient in network-level technical support Effective communication skills, both verbal and written Strong problem‑solving and diagnostic abilities Experience with support tools and techniques for IT services Self‑motivated and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment Willingness to travel for site work at customer locations Professional IT certifications are a plus but not mandatory Previous experience with ticketing systems is preferred Experience in an MSP or multi‑site setting is a plus Responsibilities Provide IT support for hardware/software technical issues in various environments Deliver support for customer technologies, ensuring compatibility and specifications are met Assist with Microsoft 365 services as needed Offer technical services and support related to WAN and LAN connectivity, including routers, firewalls, security, and VPNs Maintain communication with clients to keep them updated on progress and service changes Utilize active listening and customer care skills to enhance customer interactions Diagnose technical issues effectively Engage in research and development as required for troubleshooting Match resources to technical issues appropriately with the right awareness Document work details and time consistently as tasks occur Collaborate with the team to improve customer service and satisfaction Company At Tower Technology Solutions, we are dedicated to fostering a collaborative work environment that values employee autonomy and self‑direction.
