About the Role

Overview I am hiring an IT Security and Network Sales Manager on behalf of a Germany-based IT-security services provider, specialising in network & endpoint protection, consulting, integration and managed services. Established over 15 years ago, the firm serves organisations via a broad manufacturer portfolio and offers solutions across network security, firewalls, wireless, automation and infrastructure. Responsibilities Manage and grow relationships with existing clients while also acquiring new customers in the network and IT-security domain. Guide clients through the full sales process - from initial inquiry and offer creation, through delivery, support, renewal and invoicing. Collaborate with internal technical teams and manufacturers to develop tailored security and network solutions for customers. Oversee contract renewals, subscriptions, support agreements, and maintenance services to maximize customer lifetime value. Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs in network and cybersecurity, presenting solutions, negotiating deals, and ensuring client satisfaction. Location This position is hybrid in North Rhine-Westphalia. Essential qualifications 5 years of experience as an account manager in the IT-services or cyber-security sector. Familiarity with network and IT-security solutions and manufacturers (e.g., Check Point, Fortinet, Infoblox, HPE/Aruba) and services like support, subscriptions and renewals. Strong communication and negotiation skills Customer-centric approach, dependable and proactive work style, enjoyment in interacting with clients and cross-functional teams.
