You will be responsible for leading a team of SAP professionals, leading SAP change and maturity enhancements, and ensuring efficient project execution. Your leadership will be crucial in building the SAP team through selecting, developing, and managing internal employees and external consultants and partners, while improving our SAP support and change processes to be more optimal, streamlined, and compliant./ppYour leadership will be critical to developing and executing an enterprise-wide SAP strategy and roadmap that is aligned and positioned to innovate and deliver compelling business value globally./ppOur goal is to provide cutting-edge solutions and services to scientific and business teams which increase collaboration, productivity, and the development of quantum software, applications, and hardware that will impact our everyday lives in the future. Previous experience leading/ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliLead, manage, and develop a team of SAP admins, architects, consultants and partners./liliDevelop the roles and specialties required to be filled for a growing SAP Team./liliCoordinate with business units, program managers, and architects to help define the SAP roadmap./liliConduct regular team meetings to track project progress and resolve issues./liliProvide technical and business guidance and support to the SAP team./liliDevelop and mature the agile product development, support, and change management processes of the SAP team to efficiently manage work, prioritize, and deliver quality./liliOwn the metrics that measure the teams success./liliDevelop and mature the security and financial controls, procedures, and audits to ensure compliance./liliOversee the implementation and maintenance of SAP modules and related software./liliOwn and monitor the SAP platform: System performance, upgrades, patches, stability, and security./liliOwn vendor relationship, budget and contracts for SAP and related external service and software partners./liliAbility to travel up to 10%/li/ulh3You Must Have/h3ulliBachelors degree minimum/liliMinimum 8+ years of experience in SAP and ERP Implementation and Support, with proven leadership experience managing SAP teams and projects./liliMinimum 5+ years supporting SAP modules such as FICO, MM, SD, and PP, and PLM with a proven track record of successful ERP implementations and upgrades./liliDue to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status./liliDue to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a Peoples Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen./li/ulh3We Value/h3ulliBachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science preferred/liliSAP certifications in relevant modules/liliHands-on technical experience working as a senior or principal individual contributor designing, implementing, and supporting applications and products at an enterprise level./liliExperience leading teams through organizational change, such as technology migrations, process improvements, or organizational restructuring.
