Pod Manager – MSP | $90k–$130k | Hybrid (Howell, NJ)

Responsibilities
- Manage 10–20 technicians across multiple pods
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations: Ensure SLAs, workload balance, and pod efficiency remain on track
- Make L2‑level escalation decisions and support high‑pressure situations when needed
Must‑Haves
- Recent MSP experience
- Experience leading an IT team
- Confident in making L2‑level technical decisions
Remote candidates will be considered if you have strong managerial experience in an MSP.
