Job Description Be responsible for defining, improving, and standardizing the organization’s data integration processes and supporting toolset. Focus on transforming integration work from a person-dependent, inconsistent process into a structured, repeatable, and scalable capability. The Specialist will identify gaps in current workflows, improve data validation and quality practices, and establish tools and standards that enable efficient and accurate delivery of client integrations. Work closely with domain experts and technical teams to ensure integration processes are clearly defined, documented, and executable across the organization. Qualification Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred 3–7+ years of experience in data integration, data analysis, or related roles Experience working with data flows, system integrations, or client data implementations Strong understanding of data mapping, validation, and reconciliation processes Experience using SQL or similar tools for data analysis and troubleshooting Familiarity with integration workflows and data exchange processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and general data analysis tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to identify process gaps and implement practical improvements Excellent organizational and documentation skills Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities #J-18808-Ljbffr
