Systems Analyst

Description Job Summary The Systems Accountant is responsible for maintaining, ensuring accuracy, & providing visibility over the flow of data between broking systems, ERPs, & treasury systems. Creating & owning daily reconciliation & ensuring a source of truth exists. Essential Duties Subject matter expert for cross system flow of brokerage data Maintain a daily multi-system reconciliation to ensure completeness of data The Systems Accountant must be able to recognize data issues and work with providers of data to resolve problems Identify & document data quality, variance, and system issues regarding flow of data Communicate cross functionally to resolve any issues that arise from reconciliation Responsible for end-to-end flow of data from billing & incoming cash to payments & treasury activities Provide constant & detailed visibility to leadership of the state of invoices, policies, & client accounts via dashboards & ad hoc reporting Work cross functionally with Data Analysts, Accounting Analysts, DBAs & others to ensure quick resolution of issues Identify gaps in process & work with accounting & technology teams to define & maintain best practice Skills Brokerage or insurance experience Analysis SQL PowerBI Data Data analysis Top Skills Details Brokerage or insurance experience Analysis SQL PowerBI Additional Skills & Qualifications Stakeholders for this role will be the Benefits team, IT functions, and Insurance Accounting team.
