Target - 1902 Miller Trunk Highway - Responsibilities: Understand sales goals and execute daily/weekly workload to deliver on department and store sales goals and guest engagement.; Lead and sharing expertise in operations, accuracy and efficiency.; With guidance from your direct leader, establish clear goals and expectations and hold team members accountable to expectations.; Assign daily tasks to team members based on planned workload and guest traffic patterns, ensuring alignment with weekly and monthly business priorities.; Enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is available for purchase.
