Target - - Responsibilities: Consistently deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.; Reviews area guest, financial, and team outcome metrics to identify opportunities, takes action to improve, and aligns team on the right behaviors and execution, celebrates wins, drives results that deliver outcomes and elevates the guest experience.; Assign daily tasks to team members based on planned workload and guest traffic patterns, ensuring alignment with weekly and monthly business priorities set by leadership.; Lead and develop a team of GM Experts from selection through onboarding and learning; develop team members through ongoing training and direction.; Demonstrate inclusivity and a culture of safety and compliance; lead team to uphold safety and security procedures.
