About This Role Covered Insurance is seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to lead customer and vendor implementation projects across our customer network. This role is customer‑facing, managing the full implementation lifecycle from project kickoff through launch and post‑go‑live support ensuring seamless integration, exceptional client experience, and successful outcomes. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator and relationship builder, adept at balancing multiple customer engagements, coordinating internal resources, and maintaining accountability across teams and deliverables. About You And Your Experience Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or Associate Degree with CAPM certification. 3+ years of experience managing customer‑facing implementation or project management work in SaaS, Insurtech, Fintech, or technology‑enabled services. Strong client management and presentation skills, with proven experience leading cross‑functional projects. Excellent leadership and communication abilities with a customer‑first mindset. Proficient in project management tools Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity. Experience working directly with external vendors and enterprise clients. Strong problem‑solving, time management, and prioritization skills. Self‑starter with a passion for improving systems, communication, and implementation success. Additional Desired Qualifications: PMP certification Digital Insurance Implementation experience Demonstrated success leading partner or customer onboarding implementations. Role Accountabilities Include, But Are Not Limited To: Lead customer and vendor implementation projects with end‑to‑end ownership of timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations. Serve as the primary customer‑facing project contact, facilitating meetings, providing regular updates, and managing communications between customers, vendors, and internal teams. Develop and manage detailed implementation plans, ensuring successful integration of technical, operational, and business components. Partner closely with internal Product, Technology, Operations, and Partner Success teams to ensure client readiness and alignment. Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies. Maintain accurate documentation, status reporting and post‑launch evaluation metrics. Drive continuous process improvements across implementation workflows to improve speed, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Represent the Implementation function in customer‑facing discussions, providing thought leadership and best practices for integration and adoption. Ability to perform operational project management for internal organization‑wide initiatives as needed. Contribute to internal process improvements, knowledge sharing, and tool standardization.
