Job DescriptionThe Client Implementation Specialist will be responsible for guiding the client through the implementation process and ensuring a successful delivery. The Client Implementation Specialist will develop project plans, monitor plan progress and coordinate with the involved departments to ensure the project stays within the expected scope and timeline. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive relationship with clients and consistently providing updates and communicating client requests/issues to respective departments
- Coordinate with vendors, internal departments, and key stakeholders as needed
- Develop a project plan and timeline for each individual implementation (may be responsible for several client implementations at once)
- Identify issues and process improvements and escalate them to the respective departments to be resolved
Skills and Qualification
- Experience in SaaS/web based software
- Ability to clearly and succinctly communicate with technical and non-technical customers
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills
- Project management experience; must be able to manage priorities and consistently meet deadlines
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
