About the Role

Role Overview

The Implementation Manager owns the end-to-end onboarding and deployment platform for manufacturing and distribution clients. This role sits at the intersection of client delivery, technical coordination, and internal execution, acting as the primary liaison from kickoff through post-launch success.

This is a high-impact, early-stage role with strong visibility and clear paths into Customer Success leadership or broader delivery ownership.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the full implementation lifecycle: planning, configuration, training, go-live, and post-launch support
  • Build tailored implementation plans with timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout onboarding
  • Run client meetings, status updates, and issue resolution
  • Partner closely with Sales, Engineering, QA, and Support to ensure smooth deployments
  • Ensure implementations hit (or beat) delivery timelines
  • Translate complex ERP and workflow requirements into executable plans

  • Required Qualifications2+ years of experience in software implementation, solutions delivery, or SaaS deployment
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-moving environments
  • Client-facing experience with ownership mindset
  • Preferred / Nice-to-HaveExperience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
  • Exposure to manufacturing, distribution, or supply-chain xywuqvp workflows
  • Familiarity with database configuration, troubleshooting, or integrations
  • Early-stage or high-growth company experience
