Ensure solutions align with business and IT strategies and comply with the organization's architectural standards. Involved in the full system life cycle: designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining and supporting application software delivered on time and within budget. Recommend new code or reuse existing code. Participate in component and data architecture design, performance monitoring, product evaluation, and buy versus build recommendations. Experience in systems analysis, design, and a solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies. Qualifications Hands‑on Senior Software Developer & Middleware Engineer experience, supporting migration of IBM FileNet platform from on‑premise to colocation. Expertise in modernizing and refactoring Java and .NET applications integrating with FileNet. Strong coding skills, middleware and integration experience, platform engineering, middleware administration, site reliability engineering. Ability to support integration‑heavy systems, ensure reliability, performance, and scalability across enterprise platforms, and drive operational excellence throughout the FileNet ecosystem. #J-18808-Ljbffr
