PEGA Business Process Tester (Contract) - German Speaking (min C level) - 12 months PEGA Business Process Tester (Contract) Location: Germany (Remote / Hybrid / Onsite as required) Contract Type: Freelance / Contract Duration: 6–12 months (extension possible) Start Date: ASAP About the Role Next Ventures is seeking an experienced PEGA Business Process Tester to support the testing and validation of complex business process workflows built on the Pega Platform . The ideal candidate will have strong functional testing experience within PEGA environments and a solid understanding of BPM, case management, and integration testing. You will work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery of PEGA-based solutions across enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute test cases for PEGA-based business processes Validate workflows, decision rules, integrations, and case management functionality Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT support testing Analyze business requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios Identify, document, and track defects using test management tools Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues Support end-to-end testing cycles within Agile/Scrum environments Ensure compliance with German and EU regulatory standards where applicable Required Skills & Experience Proven experience testing solutions built on the Pega Platform Strong understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) and case lifecycle management Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM) Ability to read and interpret business process flows and technical specifications Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent documentation skills Preferred Qualifications PEGA certification (e.g., Certified System Architect or related) Experience in regulated industries (Banking, Insurance, Public Sector, Healthcare) Knowledge of API testing and integration validation Familiarity with automation testing tools is a plus Language Requirements Fluent English (mandatory) German (C level or higher preferred, depending on project requirements) For more information please call matt on +or email #J-18808-Ljbffr
