Overview C&S has an immediate opening for full-time, direct hire Hybrid Desktop Support Technician in Jefferson City. Hours Hours for Desktop Support Technician: Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Responsibilities troubleshoot software and hardware failures provide tier 2 level of support for end users work with Active Directory, RSA, JIRA, Exchange and SharePoint for user account creations, terminations and changes image and deploy laptops to end users remote support Job Requirements high school diploma or equivalent healthcare terminology or IT background experience preferred good knowledge of MS Word and Excel problem-solving orientation to identify root cause, develop solutions and implement in close collaboration with those doing the work strong customer service, time management and communications/listening skills Apply online (including resume) at csemployment.com and/or at 1731 Southridge Drive, Jefferson City.
