End User Support Specialist I

About the Role

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist for a national title insurance company based in Phoenix, AZ.

Position Overview

As a vital member of our central information technology organization, you will maintain the network infrastructure, hardware, and software that power our business operations. This role is responsible for administering technical support, device management, and enterprise services for both internal and external clients. This position provides a dynamic environment for a technician who enjoys hands-on problem-solving and proactive service.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive technical support for hardware and software issues within a Windows-based environment.

  • Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, laptops, and peripherals.

  • Utilize enterprise ticketing systems (ServiceNow) to document, track, and resolve service requests and incidents.

  • Provide efficient remote desktop support to users using professional-grade tools (e.g., Bomgar).

  • Perform essential Active Directory functions, including account lookups and password resets.

  • Assist with modern device management via tools such as Intune or SCCM.

  • Maintain clear, professional communication while translating technical concepts for non-technical team members.


Qualifications & Experience
  • 2 years of experience in an IT desktop or end-user support role preferred.

  • Foundational troubleshooting skills for Windows operating systems and hardware.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to remain solution-focused in time-sensitive situations.

  • Ability to travel via car as required to support various office locations.


Desired Skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration.

  • Exposure to enterprise-level deployment and management tools.

  • Strong documentation skills for maintaining accurate technical notes and status updates.
