Compass Group - 2400 Yorkmont Road - Responsibilities: Performs a mixed workload consisting of preventative maintenance and non-complex reactive repairs; Cleans, lubricates, services, repairs, and diagnoses malfunction of HVAC, electrical and mechanical building systems; Maintains logs, performs rounds, and completes PM work orders; Responds to emergency problems in the facility and makes emergency repairs as needed; Reviews outside vendor projects and makes punch lists
